Happy Birthday to my Better Half :)
Happy Birthday Thomas. I am so grateful and lucky to have you as my husband and the father of my children. We are all blessed to have you in our lives. You are, and will always be, my best friend. You know what I'm thinking before I say it, understand me when others don't, have the shoulder I lean on when I need support and will always be the happiness in my life. I love you. You've given me a beautiful family and a wonderful life to enjoy together. Thank you for all you've given me and continue to give both me and our children. Love you.

Some Hilarious Hair
A few weeks ago Natalie had "Hilarious Hair Day" at preschool. This is what we came up with. I think that it turned out pretty great, if I do say so myself. I used a wire hanger in her hair and had to put something on the ends, so that she didn't poke someone (or herself) with the wire. That is when we came up with gluing the flowers on. She was REALLY happy with the solution to our problem.
She was so excited about her hair, that she felt that her dog stuffed animal needed hilarious hair too. So, she ended up putting a ton of clips and hair accessories all over it. She was happy with her creation.
She had a great time at preschool and was super proud of her hair. She even went grocery shopping with me after school. I asked if she wanted to go home first and take everything out of her hair. She said "NO! I LOVE it!". We got a lot of looks and giggles. Not sure what people thought, but I do know that my Natalie was completely happy :)

Ben's Bird House
Ben has a wonderful scout leader who helped all the boys make their own birdhouse a few weeks ago. Ben is really proud of it and I think that he did a great job! He has plans to paint it as soon as the space derby is over. Can't wait to see what it looks like when he's completely done with it.

Guess Who's a Mighty Mustang
It's Johnny!!! After watching his brother get this for the past three years, and wanting it so badly this year, Johnny was named the Mighty Mustang this morning. I couldn't be happier for him or prouder of him. He is such a sweet little guy who always does the best he can with anything that is asked of him (and usually with a HUGE smile across his face). WAY TO GO JOHNNY!!! Love you :)
Halloween
With Halloween being on a Monday this year, Natalie was able to celebrate the day with a Halloween party at preschool and Ben was able to dress as one of his favorite book characters at school. He chose Harry Potter (He had to write a paragraph on why he is one of his favorites and read it to the class. This was his "ticket" to being able to wear the outfit.). Poor Johnny wasn't allowed to dress-up for school. Luckily, he is a pretty easy going guy and was happy to just be able to wear an orange shirt with a ghost on it.
Natalie "Snow White" Princess (this is what she made me call her).
Harry Potter Ben
That night my children were transformed into the "Dynamic Duo" and "Batgirl". They were some fierce looking crime fighters, don't you think :)
Batman aka Ben
Robin aka Johnny (Isn't he silly, what a crazy guy!)
Batgirl aka Natalie
This year for some reason we didn't take as many pictures as we usually do. I blame it on having a video camera, which is nice, but the photos are nice too.

Crazy Hair Day
Here are a few photos from the boys' "Crazy Hair Day" at school a couple of Fridays ago. Ben wanted his hair to look like Two Face from Batman and Johnny just wanted orange zig zags and dots. I got a little in trouble by Ben because I had just cut his hair a few days earlier. He said that it would have looked more like Two Face if I hadn't cut his hair. I have to admit that he was right, it would have, but it still looked pretty good. People knew what he was going for when we got to school.
Pumpkin Carving
The same day that we visited the arboretum, Jennifer and Scott were nice enough to invite everyone over to their home for a pumpkin carving FHE. As you can see, everyone had a great time.
